nameless is part of a project that includes a number of pieces scored mainly for instruments that I can play (clarinets and saxophones) and computer. I'm trying to write flexible musical material that can exist in various arrangements, remixes, and degrees of automation - a state of flow. The main focus of this music is pulse, which, when you hear it in the right setting, will make you wish you weren’t sitting in a concert hall. Why can't we dance to "art music"?
